1. Subscription

• Your subscription gives you access to use our POS for your business for a year.

• It’s for your staff and business only (not to resell or share).

2. Payments

• Subscription fees are paid [monthly/annually] in advance based on your subscription.

• Late or missed payments may pause your access.

• Payments are non-refundable.

3. Setup & Support

• We’ll help you install and train your staff.

• Ongoing support is available via [+233554131929 /admin@inoxdgital.com] during business hours.

• Extra features or customizations may attract additional fees.

4. Your Data

• Your business data is yours—we don’t claim ownership.

• We’ll protect your data but you’re responsible for secure logins and backups.

5. Updates

• We’ll provide updates to keep things smooth and secure.

• Always use the latest version we provide which is automaticallu updated. 

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide correct business details at signup.

• Ensure good internet and compatible devices.

• Don’t use the POS for illegal activities.

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for business losses or downtime.

• Our maximum liability is limited to three (3) months of your last paid subscription fees.

8. Termination

• Either party can end the subscription with 30 days’ notice.

• We may suspend or stop service if terms are broken.
